Llancaiach Fawr Manor is steeped in history and is
a unique and natural setting for a romantic and memorable day.
Located in the heart of the picturesque South Wales Valleys its secluded and peaceful setting is the ideal location for a wedding, yet it is only minutes away from the major road network.
Originally built c.1550, the Manor has been restored as it was in 1645 when King Charles I visited to rally support for the Royalist cause during the Civil Wars of the 17th century. The Great Hall of the Manor provides the perfect setting for an atmospheric candlelit ceremony for 50 guests, whereas the oak panelled Parlour is ideal for an intimate ceremony with up to 30 close family and friends.
The attractive formal gardens are lovely for a champagne and canapé reception in the summer months or for treasured family photographs. For a larger gathering of family and friends to share your special day, our Conservatory can seat 70 guests for the ceremony or for a sumptuous wedding breakfast and has panoramic views across the surrounding countryside. Mansell
Hall can accommodate up to 120 guests for the ceremony or an evening reception where you can dance the night away. Receptions for 120+ guests can be held in a luxurious, elegant marquee sited on the tree lined Meadow.
